Saturday October 31st at 10:00am at the Frisco Superdrome we’re having a high school and collegiate track cycling blowout! (perhaps I shouldn’t call a bike race a blow-out, especially when it’s on a 44 degree banked track… bash would have been a better choice)

Check Out Our Race Flier!!!!

This will be the first ever high school race in Texas and the first time ever (or in a long time) that there is more than one collegiate track race in the same year so come on out.  Let us know if you can or want to volunteer!  There will be costumes and Halloween candy too!

Who’s excited?!?!?!

Track Certification Classes:
… I’ve never ridden the track… Those funny bikes and the banking scare me… I don’t have a track bike….

Have no fear we have it all taken care of and you won’t be alone, many of the race participants will be new to it, that’s why we have an A and B category.

For those high school and college kids that have never ridden the track a certification (development or devo) class is required. This class will teach you all you need to know and be sure to give you confidence on the bike and the track. The Superdrome also has track bikes available for rental at a nominal charge ($5-10)

Upcoming Devo Class Schedule:

Sat. Oct. 24, 8am – 12:00pm: High School & Collegiate only devo class E-mail Andrew Armstrong to sign up (texashighschoolcycling@gmail.com) (please include the following for each class participant: name, age, grade, school, cycling experience, own bike or track rental, height if track rental bike is needed)

We hope to see everyone out at the track soon!!!
