This website is clearly still under construction but please check back often as it should be built within the next week or so.  Once it is built it will provide information about high school cycling in the state of Texas, where it fits into the larger structure of USA Cycling and how to get clubs started at a school near you.  It will also include information about upcoming programs offered by the league such as our league wide high school practice on November 4th and our upcoming spring road race series.  In addition to all of this it will provide helpful links and many sample documents such as sample waivers, constitutions, and our official rulebook.
